Afgelopen maandag, 22
mei jl., vond een vergadering v/d Platform tegen de asfaltfabriek PVHA
plaats, samen met de advocate, ,mevrouw P. Cascales Bernabeu, die met
ons strijdt. In het kort; de situatie is ernstig. Voor de meesten is het
onbegrijpelijk, waarom de gemeente niet de maatregelen neemt, om het
administratieve proces te stoppen welk meer ten faveure van de fabriek
dient, maar indruist tegen wetgeving; zeker als we praten over de vele
fouten, die gemaakt zijn zoals onjuist afgegeven vergunningen. Noch is
sprake van sancties. In samenwerking met de advocate blijven we
activiteiten uitvoeren, en als het uiteindelijk niet anders kan, gaan we
voor de rechter. De Gemeente bevestigde, dat ze van plan is, antwoord
op alle bezwaarschriften deze week te versturen, maar blijft ondertussen
vasthouden aan haar strategie, die veronderstelt, dat ook zij de
fabriek kwijt wil. Edoch we zien daarover geen activiteiten, noch
resultaten. En..als u nog geen lid bent van de

Last Monday, 22nd
of may, a meeting, organized by the Platform PVHA against the
asphalt/tarmac factory, took place in cooperation with our lawyer, Mrs.
P. Cascales Bernabeu. In brief; the situation is serious. To most of us,
it is incomprehensible, why the Town Hall is not acting like it should;
it seems that they are working more in favor of the company, but
contrary to existing laws. Especially when knowing about the multiple
errors made, such as incorrect given
permits/licences. Nor do we see any sanctions. In cooperation w/the
lawyer we pursue our activities, and if necessary, we go to court. The
Town Hall confirmed, they plan to answer to all the persons who have
issued allegations, this week, but remains in the meantime persistent in
following their own strategy, which supposes the elimination of the
plant. However, we see neither activities nor results on that matter.

El lunes, el 22 de mayo, fue una reuniòn de la
Plataforma de vecinos de Hondón de las Nieves y alrededores PVHA; en
cooperación c/la abogada Dna. P. Cascales Bernabeu. En breve la
situación es critical. Y a muchas personas se ven incomprehensible, que
el Ayto no tome medidas concretas para parar el proceso administrativo,
que ya parece más en favor de la empresa, pero en contra todos leyes
vigentes, si hablamos de errores cometidos s/corrección, ni sanción ni
nada. En cooperación con la abogado, seguimos de iniciar actividades
concretas, y si necesario, por vía juridical. El Ayto intenta de
responder a las alegaciones esta semana a todos; pero sigue en su
estrategía que pretende de tener la intención de eliminar la planta;
pero no vemos actividad o resultados relacionada. Y si ya no estas
participante de Plataforma, hagalo; para cooperar en nuestra lucha
contra la planta asfalto aglomerado. En contra la planta, en favor para
